These terms apply to your use of RadioiTV.com ("we", "us") at https://radioitv.com.radiocharme.com/en. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

RadioiTV.com is a directory of live TV channels, radio stations and webcams that are publicly available on the internet. We do not host, record or control these streams. Streams can stop working, change or be removed at any time, and some may not be available in your country.

2. Your account

You need an account to save favourites on several devices and to buy Premium. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens with your account. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement in your country. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload it, to scrape it automatically, to resell access, or to get around Premium or geographic limits. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

4. Premium

Premium is a one-time payment for the period you choose. It does not renew by itself. Prices are shown before you pay and include tax where it applies. Premium starts when the payment is confirmed (for a bank transfer, when we have checked it) and ends at the end of the period. Because Premium starts right away, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or a refund is offered at our discretion.

5. Content owners

The names, logos and programmes of channels, stations and webcams belong to their owners. If you believe a link infringes your rights, please send a notice with our copyright form and we will act promptly.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without any warranty. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise that any stream will be available, accurate or free from interruptions.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content of third-party streams and websites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
